Claudia Flores is a partner at the Chicago law firm Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. where she has practiced since 2013. Claudia graduated from New York University School of Law in 2002. After law school, Claudia clerked for the Honorable Harry Pregerson at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth District.
Prior to joining HSPRD, Claudia worked as a legal advisor for the United Nations in Zimbabwe and East Timor where she advised governments on constitutional and legislative reforms to increase legal protections for human rights and civil liberties. Claudia also managed a program of the AFL-CIO American Center for International Labor Solidarity to develop services for human trafficking victims in Indonesia.
In addition to representing whistleblowers in qui tam litigation, Claudia represents clients on a variety of cases and complex litigation, including but not limited to civil rights, labor and employment, constitutional law and class actions.
